The vehicle preparation for painting is carried out in special areas, equipped with filters and an extraction unit, in order to protect and maintain cleanliness, which is essential for the quality of the painting process. Pneumatic sanding equipment is connected to the central extraction unit, which protects the bodywork against fuller gas.
The workshop is equipped with three stands (Standox, Spies Hecker, Du Pont) for preparing water-based paints, and all our painting specialists hold qualification certificates from the above suppliers. In this case too, multi-brand experience is of real benefit, considering that each car manufacturer has its own colour recipes.
